The Location Settings Menu can be found in the lower left hand corner of the Allday portal. It consists of the following sections:
Each location has its own Location Settings. If a restaurant has more than one location, please make sure that the correct location is selected at the top of the Allday portal screen before editing/updating Location Settings.
General Settings
This section contains the Location’s name, address and timezone.
Please Note: Ensure that each of your locations have their corresponding timezones selected, as incorrect timezones can affect availability of menus, scheduled orders, etc.
Order Settings
Minimum Order
Allows you to set a minimum order amount.
Enable Online Ordering
Allows you to turn on or off your online ordering.
You can use the Business Hours option in the main navigation to automatically enable and disable online ordering based on days and times, including holidays.
Accept Scheduled Orders
Allows you to select whether or not you would like to accept orders that are scheduled in advance.
If ‘Yes’ is selected, you can use the ‘Schedule Time’ option to set how much time before the order completion time the order should be displayed in your ‘New Orders’ area.

Notification Settings
This section provides several different options for receiving order notifications:
Enable SMS notification to Manager
Enable Email notification to Restaurant
Call Restaurant immediately for New Orders
Call Restaurant for Orders Not Accepted within 5 Minutes
Please Note: any orders that have not been accepted within 48 hours will be automatically refunded to the customer
Delivery Settings
This section contains all information related to Restaurant Delivery service.
Please Note: these settings will enforce delivery areas and schedule, but have no integration with delivery fleet systems such as Doordash etc.
Delivery Distance
Allows for a delivery radius to be set in miles
Only Accept Pickup Orders
This is set to ‘Yes’ by default - if a Restaurant has their own delivery service, this can be set to ‘No’, thus enabling the delivery option for customers.
Enable Delivery Schedule
Allows for a Restaurant with delivery service to set specific days and times when delivery is available.
Third Party Delivery Settings | Location Token & Who Pays Fee
If Third Party Delivery is enabled, these settings affect Allday Delivery functionality as follows:
Location Token - this token is used to connect a location to Allday Delivery (once set this should NOT be updated)
Who Pays Fee - this slider allows you to decide how much of the delivery fee is paid by the customer.
