Getting started with Allday's integrated delivery service

Want to offer delivery to your customers but don’t have your own drivers? No problem! With Allday Delivery, any restaurant with an Allday Ordering account can now leverage a complete delivery fleet directly from their dashboard.

How Does It Work?

In order to provide delivery services, Allday Ordering partners with delivery technology specialists In-House Delivery. In-House Delivery, or IHD, provides their own delivery fleet, while also adding Grubhub, Doordash & Uber Eats fleets, resulting in a network of drivers that are ready and waiting to deliver your food no matter where or when it is ordered.

Getting Started with Allday Delivery

Setting up Allday Delivery for your restaurant is a simple process and takes no more than a few minutes - below is a step-by-step guide to setting up your restaurant with Allday Delivery:

  1. Enable Third Party Delivery

    • Visit your Restaurant Settings and scroll down to the ‘Third Party Delivery’ section.

    • Here you can review and accept the Terms of Service

    • Once the Terms are accepted, enable Third Party Delivery by setting the toggle to 'Yes'

  2. Sign up for a free IHD account

    • You can do this using the link provided (here is the link as well for convenience)

  3. Wait 24-48 hours for setup to be completed

    • Once sign up is completed, Allday will work with IHD in order to finalize delivery setup.

    • Please Note: This process can take between 24-48 hours depending on day of the week and is handled entirely by IHD and Allday. You will be notified once the setup is complete.

  4. Set your Delivery Fee amounts

    • Visit your Location Settings and scroll down to the ‘Delivery Settings’ section.

    • Allday Delivery allows you to decide how to cover delivery costs - you can choose to pass it on to your customers, pay it yourself, or use any combination of the two by using the ‘Who Pays Fee’ slider.

  5. Optional: Setting up Allday Delivery for multiple locations

    • By default, Allday Delivery is enabled for a single location. If you have more than one location, you will need to create additional locations in your IHD account and add the Restaurant tokens provided. Here is an article walking you through this process

Allday Delivery FAQs

Can I use both my own delivery fleet and Allday Delivery?

At the moment, restaurants using Allday can either choose to use their own Delivery fleet or Allday Delivery, but not both.

How much does Allday Delivery Cost?

Allday Delivery provides delivery costs that are comparable to other leading delivery providers; actual rates are based on demand, time of day, and distance. This cost is displayed to the customer during the checkout process as a ‘Delivery Fee’.

Can I turn off Allday Delivery whenever I want?

You can turn off Allday Delivery whenever you want by toggling the ‘Only accept pickup orders’ switch to ‘Yes’.

You can also schedule delivery availability by using the ‘Delivery Schedule’ option in case you only want to offer delivery on certain days/times.

I have multiple locations and would like to use Allday Delivery for each of them
