Do you currently offer delivery? If so, you can enable Delivery options in your Allday portal, allowing your customers to select from pickup or delivery when placing an order.

Setting up Delivery for Your Restaurant

Please Note: Setting up Delivery using the following steps assumes you have your own delivery person/fleet; it will enforce delivery areas and schedule but has no integration with delivery fleet systems such as Doordash etc.

If you do not have your own delivery person/fleet, please consider Allday Delivery - a complete delivery fleet that can be used by your restaurant to provide delivery service directly from your Allday dashboard. Learn more

Step 1. Visit the 'Location Settings' section of your Allday portal

The Location Settings section can be found by clicking on the Location Settings link in the lower left hand corner of your Allday portal:

Please Note: Location Settings are location-specific. If you have multiple locations, ensure that the location you want to edit is selected in the top row of your Allday portal.

Step 2. Disable 'Only Accept Pickup Orders'

By default, the 'Only Accept Pickup Orders' option is set to 'Yes', which prevents delivery options from being displayed to your customers.

In order to enable delivery options, switch the 'Only Accept Pickup Orders' toggle from 'Yes' to 'No':

Step 3. Set Your Delivery Distance

In order to ensure customers that are far away from your restaurant request delivery, set your Delivery Distance by entering a value in the 'Delivery Distance' field. This distance sets a radius (in miles) around your restaurant location, preventing customers outside of this radius from requesting that their order be delivered.

Step 4. Enable Delivery Schedule (Optional)

If your delivery person / fleet is only available during specific hours or days of the week, you can set this schedule by switching the 'Enable Delivery Schedule' toggle from 'No' to 'Yes':

Once enabled, you can select the days and times during which delivery is available to your customers.
