Please Note: Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

My Online Ordering Menu is not displaying on my website
There are a few different reasons why your Allday Online Ordering menu is not displaying on your website:
You are viewing your Online Ordering menu outside of your restaurant's Business hours, your menu business hours, or your restaurant is marked as closed.
How To Fix:
View your Menu Business Hours:
Visit your Menus page
press 'Manage' on the menu that you are not seeing
press 'Menu Business Hours'
You have not set the proper timezone for your Restaurant
How To Fix:
Update your timezone in Location Settings (if you have multiple locations, ensure the correct location is listed at the top of the page).
You do not have Online Ordering enabled
How To Fix:
Visit your Location Settings (if you have multiple locations, ensure the correct location is listed at the top of the page) and scroll down to the 'Order Settings' area.
Your Website URL does not match your website in Allday Ordering
How To Fix:
Visit your Website Settings and ensure that the website displayed in the 'website' field exactly matches your restaurant's website.
Your Allday Ordering code was not installed on your website properly

Can I set hours of availability for individual menus?
Absolutely! In order to do so, follow these steps:
Visit the Menus section of your Allday Restaurant portal
Select the Menu whose hours you would like to set by pressing 'Manage', then select the 'Menu Business Hours' tab located in the row above the Menu Table.
From here you can update the hours and days of availability for the selected Menu.

It's easy to set menu items as available or unavailable, even set an item to be available on a specific date!
Head over to your Menus page and select 'Manage' to the right of the Menu that contains the item that you want to update

Sharing your order transactions with your bookkeeper or accountant is a piece of cake! Simply head over to your orders page and click on the 'export order transactions' button in the upper right hand corner. This option will allow you to select a desired date range for order transactions and provide a .csv file for download.

Refunds happen, we get it! Making sure a customer is refunded is a simple process that can be handled in a matter of seconds.
Start by heading over to your orders page and finding the order that you would like to refund. Once you've found it, simply press the refund icon to the right of the order:
You can then select what type of refund (full refund or partial refund), as well as provide a reason for the refund itself.

Sure! Head over to your orders page and press the 'Create Test Order' button:
A test order will then appear in the Orders table, with '[TEST]' included in the Customer field (in order to avoid any confusion between test and actual orders).

We know you're busy, so getting notified via the right channel when an order is placed with your restaurant is important - that's why we have several options for order notifications; all of which can be found in your Location Settings:

Please Note: any orders that have not been accepted within 48 hours of receipt will be automatically refunded to the customer

Managing multiple locations is easy with Allday! In order to set up multiple locations in your account, head over to your Restaurant Settings page and toggle the 'Enabled Multiple Locations' switch from 'No' to 'Yes':
PLEASE NOTE: Enabling multiple locations cannot be undone.

How can I set holidays and other days when my restaurant is closed?
You can add closures / days when your restaurant will not be open by visiting the Business Hours page and scrolling down to the 'Closed Business Days' section. Here you can click on a day in order to mark it as closed (when marked as closed, an orange circle will be displayed around the date).
To remove a closure, simply press on the date in the orange circle - once the orange circle disappears the date will be considered a normal business day (open for business).
