Learn more about the Orders section of the Allday Restaurant Portal

The Orders page of the Allday Portal provides a detailed table view of all orders regardless of their status. It consists of the following sections:

The Orders Table can be updated to display orders specific to a time range using the date selector located above it.

All Orders


Selecting this option will provide a complete list of all orders regardless of status. Options for viewing, accepting and refunding orders are also included.

New Orders


Selecting this option will provide a complete list of all new orders. New orders are orders that are not accepted, in progress, out for delivery or completed. Options for viewing, accepting and refunding orders are also included.

Orders in Progress


Selecting this option will provide a complete list of all orders that have been accepted and are in progress. In Progress orders are orders that have been accepted, but are not out for delivery or completed. Options for viewing, completing and refunding orders are also included.

Orders Out For Delivery


Selecting this option will provide a complete list of all orders that are marked as Out For Delivery. Out For Delivery orders are orders that are not in progress or completed. Options for viewing, completing and refunding orders are also included.

Completed Orders


Selecting this option will provide a complete list of all orders that have been marked as complete. Options for viewing and refunding orders are also included.

Scheduled Orders


Selecting this option will provide a complete list of all orders that are scheduled. Options for viewing and refunding orders are also included.

Scheduled orders will be moved to the New Orders table based on the Schedule Time set in Location Settings -> Order Settings.

Create Test Order


A Test Order can be created using this option located above the Orders Table. Test Orders are not attached to any actual orders or payment details.

Export Order Transactions


Order data can be exported as a .csv file at any point using this option located above the Orders Table.
