You can connect your Authorize.net account in order to accept payments through Allday Ordering - follow the steps below and you'll be ready to go in just a few minutes.

Please Note: Before following the below steps, ensure you are logged in to both your Authorize.net and Allday Ordering accounts. Once logged in, make sure that your account is switched to 'Live' at the bottom of the 'Get Started Accepting Payments' modal

1. Find your API Login ID

You can find the Login ID by following these steps:

  1. Visit the 'Account' Tab, then select 'Settings' from the left-hand sidebar menu

  2. Under 'Security Settings' section, select 'API Credentials and Keys'

  3. The first value listed should be the API Login ID - copy this value, then paste it into the ‘Login ID’ field in the Payment Gateway Settings of your Allday Ordering account.

2. Find your Transaction Key

You can find your Transaction Key by following these steps:

  1. While still on the same page that you found your API Login ID on, scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the 'Create New Key's section

  2. In this section, select ‘New Transaction Key’ - once selected, make sure to check the box to the left of ‘Disable Old Transaction Key Immediately’. Once complete, press ‘Submit’

  3. You will be required to verify this change to your account; you can do this by pressing the ‘Request Pin’ button in the modal window that appears. At this point, Authorize.net will send you an email containing a PIN number. Copy this number, return to Authorize.net and paste it into the modal, then press ‘Verify PIN’ and then ‘Continue’.

  4. You will then be redirected to a screen titled ‘Generated Key’ - here you can copy the value displayed in the ‘Current Transaction Key’ field by pressing the ‘copy to clipboard’ button.

  5. Going back to your Allday Ordering account, paste this value into the ‘Transaction Key’ field.

3. Find your Client Key

You can find your Client Key by following these steps:

  1. In Authorize.net, select the ‘Settings’ option from the left hand sidebar. Once on the Settings page, select ‘Manage Public Client Key’ located under the ‘Security Settings’ area.

  2. Under the ‘Create New Public Client Key’ section, press ‘Submit’. This will require the same verification steps you completed when finding your Transaction Key (requesting a PIN, etc.)

  3. Once verified, copy the new Public Client Key that is provided in Authorize.net

  4. Going back to your Allday Ordering account, paste this value into the ‘Client Key’ field.

4. Save & Test

With these values added in your Allday Ordering account, press the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. At this point, your Authorize.net and Allday Ordering accounts are now connected.

Please Note: Ensure that the 'Test Mode' toggle is set to 'Off' - otherwise orders cannot be processed.

In order to test the connection, you can use the 'Create Test Charge' button - this will provide you with a success message letting you know that everything is working as expected.

Please Note: In the event that the connection is not complete an error message and code will be displayed - copy this information and provide it to our support team so that we can further assist.
