When first registering your account, you are required to set up your Payout Account - this account is where funds will be deposited as they are received for completed orders. In order to ensure secure payment processing between Allday Ordering and this account, we use Stripe - below is a detailed list of what may be required when completing this registration step.
1. Create Basic Account Login Credentials
In this step, you will be required to provide the following information:
Email Address (please use your business email address)
Password
Two Factor Authentication setup
2. Add Business Information & Personal Details
In this step, you will be required to provide the following Business information:
Business Location (Country)
Business Type (Individual, Company, Nonprofit Organization)
You will then be asked for the following Personal Information:
Full Name
Home Address
Phone Number
Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
3. Additional Business Details
In this step, you will be required to provide additional Business Details, including:
Industry - we recommend selecting an option from the 'Food and Drink' category
Website - this is your restaurant's website
Product Description - should include the type of cuisine you serve, where you serve your food (in person, online, etc.), as well as how you charge your customers.
You will then be asked for the following Personal Information:
Full Name
Home Address
Phone Number
Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
4. Payout Account Details
In this step, you will be required to provide information about the account that you would like to have receive funds from Allday Ordering.
Please Note: During this step, Stripe will attempt to securely connect to this account - this will happen in a dedicated popup window, so please ensure popup blockers are disabled.
You may also be prompted to save this account using Link - this is an optional step and is not required.
5. Customer Public Details
In this step, you will be required to provide Public Details for your customers - the following information is required:
Statement Descriptor (this is what is displayed on your customer's bank or credit card statement for any transactions with your business)
Shortened Descriptor (optional)
Customer Support Phone Number - if you do not have a dedicated customer support phone number, you can use your restaurant's main phone number
Customer Support Address - this is typically your restaurant's address
6. Climate Commitment (optional)
In this step, you will be asked to contribute a small percentage of each sale to Stripe Climate (a group backing permanent carbon removal technologies).
Please Note: This is not a requirement, and can be skipped by selecting 'Not Now' at the bottom of the screen
7. Stripe Tax Service(optional)
In this step, you will be asked to set up Stripe Tax. This can be done by answering several questions.

8. Review & Submit
In this step, you can review all information prior to submission. Feel free to edit or, if everything looks correct, you can select 'Agree and Submit' at the bottom of the screen.
