The Coupons page of the Allday Portal allows Restaurants to create coupons that can be used by customers.
Coupons are extremely flexible and can be customized using a wide range of options.
The following information is required to create a coupon:
Coupon Name
This is the name given to the coupon, for example ‘First Time Customer 10% Discount’
Coupon Code
This is what the customer will enter when checking out on your website, for example ‘firsttime10’
Coupon Type
Select whether the coupon will be for a fixed amount or a % of the order total
Coupon Value
Based on the Coupon Type, this will be the dollar value or the % of the total order amount that the coupon is worth
Minimum Order
Set a minimum order amount that must be met before the coupon can be used
Max Coupon per Customer
Select how many times a coupon can be used by the same customer
Coupon Expiration
Use this option if you would like the coupon to expire on a certain date
Once a Coupon has been created it can be set to Active or Inactive:
Setting a Coupon to Active will enable the coupon for use
Setting a Coupon to Inactive will prevent the coupon from functioning, but will not delete the coupon from your Coupon list
